Gary Cox ("we," "our," or "us") develops software applications for Apple platforms, including iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro.

If you enable iCloud, certain information may synchronize through your personal iCloud account according to Apple's services and your device settings.

• Are presented by the app itself

• Are not third-party advertisements

• Can be dismissed

• Do not involve advertising networks

• Do not use behavioral advertising

All purchases are processed securely through Apple. We never receive your payment card or banking information.

 

Third-Party Services

Our apps do not include third-party advertising SDKs or advertising networks.

Some apps may use Apple services, including:

• StoreKit for purchases

• iCloud for synchronization

• Game Center

• Siri

• Widgets

• Apple Intelligence features

• Other Apple system services

Certain apps may also use carefully selected third-party services when necessary to provide app functionality (for example, cloud speech services, AI features, mapping, or similar capabilities). Any such usage is described in that app's individual Privacy Policy.

 

When you visit our website or open links such as Privacy Policies or Terms of Use, your browser may connect to our website hosting provider. These visits are not used for advertising or behavioral tracking by our apps.

 

Advertising

All of our apps contain no advertising from 3rd parties.

Apps that are described as "Ad-Free" or "No Ads" do not display third-party advertising networks or behavioral advertising.

If an app contains advertisements, it is cross-promotional only, meaning, the advertisements are from the same app developer.

 

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information stored by our apps.

Where possible, your information remains on your device or within Apple's secure services.

We do not operate servers containing users' personal information unless specifically described in an individual app's Privacy Policy.

 

Data Retention and Deletion

Because most app data is stored locally on your device or within your iCloud account, you generally control how long it is retained.

You can typically remove your information by:

• Deleting content within the app

• Resetting app data

• Disabling iCloud synchronization

• Uninstalling the app

Any cloud data managed by Apple can also be controlled through your Apple Account settings.

Because we generally do not collect or maintain personal information on our own servers, there is typically no personal information for us to provide, modify, or delete. If you have questions regarding a particular app, please contact us using the information below.

Our apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable age in their jurisdiction.

Changes will be posted on this page, and the Last Updated date will be revised.

Individual apps may also update their own Privacy Policies independently.
